WEST VIRGINIA and Marshall fans have a real reason to be emotionally invested in this year’s ESPY awards that celebrate the year in sports. There will be plenty of hardware to hand out when ESPN broadcasts the ESPYs from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, July 15 at 9 p.m. The ESPYs have 19 “Best in Sport” categories, along with 17 individual sport categories and two sponsored awards.
