OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JOEY CONRAD, GLENVILLE STATE, QB, SR., 6-4, 225, LOGAN, OH: Conrad
became the WVIAC all-time in passing yardage (11,129) and total offense
(11,731) during the Pioneers’ 59-15 win over Concord...The senior
completed 28 of 49 passes for 422 yards and added 59 yards rushing on
four carries...He tossed four touchdown passes, all in the opening half, as GSC built a 49-7 lead at intermission...Conrad moved into third place on the NCAA D-II career list for total offense and needs only 151 yards to pass Curt Anes (Grand Valley State, 1999-2002) for the record...He also ranks third in the division’s career passing yardage annals and needs to pass for 614 yards over the final two weeks to earn that record.

DEFENSIVE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
DAN GALLAGHER, SHEPHERD, DE, SR., 5-8, 207, HARRISBURG, PA/KASHIF
EALEY, GLENVILLE STATE, DB, JR., 5-9, 175, RAND, WV : Gallagher played a key role in Shepherd’s 51-0 whitewashing of West Virginia Wesleyan...The senior led the Rams with a game-hig seven tackles, including six solos and two tackles for loss...SU held Wesleyan to a mere 122 yards of total offense...The Bobcats, who entered the game fifth nationally in passing offense, were limited to 64 yards through the air...Ealey picked off three passes in Glenville State’s victoryagainst Concord...He also chipped in with a pair of tackles...The former Riverside HS standout is tied for the WVIAC lead with eight interceptions this season.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MIKE DARRAH, WEST LIBERTY STATE, P/QB/DB, JR., 6-1, 193, ATWATER, OH:
Darrah dropped five punts inside the 20-yard line, including kicks
downed at the 1, 2, and 7 yard-lines in the Toppers’ 16-7 win over West
Virginia State...The reserve quarterback also helped engineer a
game-winning drive in the fourth quarter.

Saturday's Standouts: Dervon Wallace (SU) rushed 19 times for 141 yards
and three touchdowns...Larvon Hines (WLSC) rushed 26 times for 178 yards and two touchdowns...Dujuan Johnson (GSC) caught seven passes for 112 yards...Derrick Steptoe (UC) rushed 11 times for 113 yards...DaMon
Lindsey (GSC) snared seven passes for 106 yards...Emery Williams (GSC)
caught five passes for 85 yards...J.J. Guida (WLSC) was in on four
tackles for loss, including a pair of sacks...Dan Peters (SU)
intercepted two passes...Andre Henderson (SU) returned an interception

yardage to 11,129 yards as he passed former GSC great Jed Drenning for
the all-time conference lead...Travis Buford rushed for a pair of scores and caught another touchdown pass for the Pioneers...Dujuan Johnson (112 yards) and DaMon Lindsey (106 yards) each broke the 100-yard receiving mark for GSC...Tank Tunstalle led Concord with 108 yards on 18 carries...#15 Shepherd (9-0, 6-0) won their 16th straight game in
convincing fashion as the Rams blanked West Virginia Wesleyan (3-6, 2-4)51-0...SU led 48-0 at the break as Dervon Wallace sprinted for three
touchdowns...Wallace, who ended the day with 141 yards on 19 carries,
established a new Shepherd single season record with his 132 points
scored this season...Dan Peters intercepted a pair of passes as the Ram
defense forced five turnovers and limited homestanding Wesleyan to 122
yards of total offense...Dan Chlebowski completed 11 of 20 passes for
194 yards to help SU account for 448 yards of total offense...West
Liberty State (6-3, 4-2) broke a 7-7 fourth quarter tie and went on to a 16-7 victory against West Virginia State (2-7, 2-4)...The Toppers racked up six sacks and held State to minus-41 yards rushing and 113 yards total...WLSC strugged through the air, completing only 2 of 14 passes for seven yards, but the Toppers got 178 yards on 26 carries from Larvon Hines...Hines scored both West Liberty touchdowns on rushes of 26 and 10 yards...Charleston (6-3, 5-2) held off a spirited WVU Tech (0-9, 0-6)comeback in a 28-21 triumph...The Golden Eagles built a 28-7 third quarter lead before Tech pulled within a score following a pair of Casey Justice touchdown passes...Freshman Derrick Steptoe keyed the UC offense with 113 yards on 11 carries, while Blake Burr gained 85 yards on 25 tries...Tech's James Boyd caught seven passes for 100 yards...UC's Chris Rotella had a pair of his squad's five interceptions
