West Virginia’s preparations for the Sugar Bowl continue. After the players completed final exams last week, the Mountaineers practiced from Dec. 16-22. After a practice on the morning of Thursday, Dec. 22, the players were released to go home for a short Christmas break. They’ll reassemble on Dec. 26 for the trip to Atlanta, where they will resume drills on Dec. 27 at the Westminster School. From there, the Mountaineers will continue preparations for their Sugar Bowl showdown with Georgia on Monday, Jan. 2.
