An exciting 2007 Division I Men's Basketball second round comes to an end with another surprise as USC knocks off Texas, 87-68. In the earlier games, Florida escapes gamely Purdue, 74-67, UNLV shocks Wisconsin, 74-68, and Tennessee edges Virginia, 77-74. Eight teams remain

The final eight teams return to action on March 21, each battling for a shot at the 2007 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship. In round three, Winona State defeated Minnesota State University, Mankato, 89-76 and Grand Valley State moved on after topping Northern Kentucky, 66-42. On March 17, Amherst rolled past defending champion Virginia Wesleyan, 80-67, to claim the 2007 Division III Men's Basketball Championship. Washington-St. Louis defeated Wooster, 92-84, in the third place game. Find scores and recaps of all the action on our Scoreboard.
