Northeast Baseball Review College Top 10

PHILADELPHIA – UNC – Wilmington swept LaSalle in a three-game series to cap off an undefeated week that propelled the Seahawks to the top spot in the NBR Top 10 Poll.

Now 10-3, the Seahawks’ last loss was against nationally ranked NC State on February 26 in the Keith LeClair Classic. The squad has since went 4-0..

In other Top 10 action, top-ranked Notre Dame fell to No. 4 in the NBR poll. The Irish, winless this past weekend at the Dairy Queen Classic, find themselves in the midst of a five-game loosing skid.

George Washington dropped four spots but took two-of-three from Virginia Commonwealth to stay a spot ahead of the Rams.

Navy, off to perhaps the best start in program history, jumped two spots to No. 8.

West Virginia, sitting atop the Big East standings, cracked the poll at No. 10.

Maine, meanwhile, fell to Seton Hall on Sunday and fell out of the Top 10.
